This event honors the village’s patron saint, San Joaquin, and commemorates the community’s rich history rooted in the Caste War of Yucatan. The Fiesta commences August 15th-17th.

- Torch Run: A symbolic relay from Bacalar, Mexico, to San Joaquin Village, igniting the start of the festival.
- Novenas: Nine days of prayer and devotion at the San Joaquin Catholic Church.
- Mass and Pilgrimage: A special mass followed by a pilgrimage to the church.
- Cultural Performances: Traditional dances, including Los Zapateados, and live music.
- San Joaquin Pageant: The crowning of a community role model.
- Grand Fair: Featuring mechanical rides, food vendors, craft stalls, and live entertainment.
